Reservations Policies & Procedures
Minimum Stay: 2 nights on
weekends. Some 1 night stays are available Mon-Thur
. Some holiday
have a 3-night minimum.A $30.
cleaning fee is add to each stay.
Deposits: Minimum 1 night for
stays up to 6 nights and 2 nights for weekly rentals.
Deposits can be made by VISA, Discover or MasterCard.
Full payment is due upon check-in and is payable by cash,
VISA, Discover or MasterCard. Personal checks will not
be accepted.
Cancellations:
Deposits are fully refundable with 7 days advance notice,
after 7 days for a two night stay one night will be
charged,for one week two nights will be charged. No
refunds will be given for early departures. Anyone
causing a disturbance to other guests will be asked to leave
with no refund.
No Show: The total amount of
the reservation will be charged.
Check-in: Between 3pm & 9pm.
Special arrangements may be possible for earlier or late
arrivals with advance notice. We reserve the right to
cancel a reservation and withhold the deposit for any guest
who has not arrived by 9:00pm and has not contacted us to
arrange for a late check-in.
Check-out: No later than
11:00am. Guest who violate the check-out time can be
charged a late fee.
Occupancy: Rental guests must
be 21 or older. House parties and overnight visitors
are not allowed. Guest with unauthorized visitors or
pets will be asked to leave with no refund. The use of
fireworks or firearms is strictly prohibited.
Grills: Each cabin has a gas
grill.
Do not use lighter fluid and/or charcoal in
grill. Outdoor fires is strictly prohibited.
Amenities: Each cabin is
stocked with starter supplies of paper products and coffee.
Towels and linens are provided.
Housekeeping: Daily maid
service is not included. Dishes are to be washed, food
disposed of, trash taken to the dumpster.
A normal clean-up
fee of $30 will be added to your bill during check-in.
A $75 or up will be charged for excessive clean-up or damaged to
cabin or it contents. Guests will be
held responsible for any damage to the cabin and its
contents (other than normal wear & tear) including hot tubs
& covers.
Hot Tubs: There are health
risks associated with the use of hot tubs and persons with
heart disease, high or low blood pressure, diabetic or are
pregnant should consult their physician prior to using a hot
tub. Hot tubs are for registered guest only.
Visitors, small children & infants are not allowed in hot
tubs.
Smoking: All cabins are smoke
free.
Outside
smoking is permitted.Please do not litter.Failure to obey
rules will result in a fee of $100.
Pets: Sorry, no pets allowed.
Violations will be charged $100. and eviction.
Alcoholic Beverages: No
drinking of alcoholic beverages by person under the legal
age of 21 is allowed. Should guests be arrested for
underage drinking on our property, the rental agreement will
be terminated. Illegal drug use is strictly
prohibited. Kegs are not permitted.
Indemnification & Hold
Harmless: Guests agree to indemnify and save harmless
the owner for any liabilities, theft, damage, cost or
expense whatsoever arising from or related to any claim or
litigation which may arise out of or in connection with
guests use and occupancy of the rental property including
but not limited to any claim or liability for personal
injury or damage or theft of property with is made, incurred
or sustained by guests. The terms agents and owner as
used in this agreement shall include their heirs, successors
in interest, assigns, employees, agents and representatives
where the context requires or permits. The terms
guests, you, and your as used in this agreement shall
includes guests heirs, successors, assigns, guests,
invitees, representatives and other persons on the rental
property during guest occupancy (without regard to whether
such persons have authority under this agreement to be on
the rental property), where the context requires or permits.
Violating agreement:
If guests violates any of the condition of this agreement;
agents may terminate this agreement and enter premises.
Upon notice of termination of this agreement, guests shall
vacate the premises immediately and forfeit all rents and
deposits.
